《开卷》作为一本民间读书刊物，其影响力家喻户晓，在纸媒日渐凋敝的今日，有读者称之为“当代奇迹”。创刊18年来，有数百位知名专家、学者为其撰稿，超一百位文化老人加盟更显其人文气息。如今回望历程，仿佛少儿成年，18个的春秋在此一一写尽。

As a grassroots reading magazine, Kaijuan (Opening Pages) has become a household name. In the increasingly declining world of print media, it has been hailed by readers as a “contemporary miracle.” Over its 18-year history, hundreds of renowned experts and scholars have contributed to its pages, with more than a hundred cultural elders adding to its humanistic spirit. Looking back on the journey now, it feels like watching a child grow into adulthood, with every aspect of these 18 years vividly recounted within.

 

全书分为“序跋”“年谱”“总目”“人物”四大部分，共计53万字，共同记录了《开卷》创刊以来，这本文学刊物与读书人之间的来往故事，可谓18年来精华的集大成者。其中，“序跋”是200期的序之合集，“年谱”是刊物本身的大事脉络和众说纷纭，“总目”为过往期刊所有文章的完整目录，而“人物”则是部分“开卷人”的图文简介和“群贤聚”的影像。各大板块，主旨各异，也各有灵魂。

The book is divided into four major sections: “Prefaces and Postscripts,” “Chronicle,” “General Catalog,” and “People,” totaling 530,000 words. Collectively, they document the interactions between the magazine and its readers since its inception, serving as a comprehensive compilation of the magazine’s essence over the past 18 years. Among them, “Prefaces and Postscripts” compiles the prefaces and postscripts from the 200 issues, “Chronicle” outlines the major events and diverse perspectives of the publication, “General Catalog” provides a complete list of articles from past issues, and “People” offers visual and textual introductions to some of the key figures behind Kaijuan, along with images of gatherings of these intellectuals. Each section has its own unique focus and spirit.

 

根据板块内容，我们定制了不同的纸张材质和版式编排，使之各有特色。“序跋”的篇章页逐级变化，“年谱”的粗糙纸页彰显年代感等等，让这本以文字为主的书籍，更加丰富且具有层次，阅读起来不至于乏味。书籍的开本和形态，像一本“字典”，它就是一本工具书，让热爱《开卷》的读者方便查阅与检索。

To reflect the content of each section, we customized different paper materials and layout designs, giving each part its distinct characteristics. For example, the pages in “Prefaces and Postscripts” section gradually change, while the rough paper pages in “Chronicle” section emphasize the sense of time passing. These design elements enrich the book’s textual content with layers, ensuring the reading experience engaging and not monotonous. The book resembles a dictionary in terms of format and appearance, serving as a reference tool that allows devoted readers to easily browse and search through its contents.
